DIALPAD TEXT PAGING

1- DIAL PAGER NUMBER normally. To send TEXT,

2- Press the STAR KEY [*] TWO times
    (NOTE - Pressing the STAR KEY [*] TWICE normally CLEARS a NUMERIC message.
    To CLEAR a TEXT message, press the STAR KEY [*] four times.)

3- To enter TEXT press the KEY with the letter you intend
   to send and sometimes the [*] or [#] KEY. For exampleÉ
    To send an ‘A’ PRESS TWO followed by the STAR KEY... [2] + [*] = A
    To send a ‘B’ PRESS only the TWO KEY...                    [2] = B
    To send a ‘C’ PRESS TWO followed by the POUND KEY... [2] + [#] = C
    To send a space PRESS ZERO...                          [0] = SPACE

The ‘1’ KEY displays the following charcters: Q . Z
                                                         [1] + [*] = Q
         [1] = . (period)
                                                         [1] + [#] = Z

4- To Escape from the TEXT MODE (SO THAT NUMBERS MAY BE
    ENTERED) Press ZERO followed by the POUND KEY....... [0] + [#] = ESCAPE

5- TO SEND your message................................. HANG UP

NOTE - All Displayed TEXT will be UPPER CASE.
SPECIAL CHARACTERS such as the dollar sign cannot be sent from the phone dialpad.
